It all started in November 2012 when the owner  Maureen Bermudo Villaseñor. Maureen  came from a family of good cooks in fact her sister Emie-Lou De Castro owns Twins Pinagat ( a Bicolano delicacy exported in other countries.) As a food enthusiast and traveler. She has been to Singapore, Macau, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Hongkong exploring different Asian Cuisine. Recently, she took short course in Food Handlers Safety Program in Canada to further enhance and secure the safety of her customers. Maureen also attended free training program in Greenhills Pizza& Wings and Dundas Shawarma Restaurant where she learned a lot of techniques for cooking skills.

In the early of 2013, The Maureen’s Catering Services was on it’s full operation in Naga City. They provide full food service for Christening, birthdays, anniversaries, seminars, reunions, weddings and special holiday events like Christmas, New Year and Fiestas. Customers are always delighted not only on it’s distinct taste in food but also the company’s art and buffet table presentations. The main highlight and best-sellers of the catering is their grilled pork belly with mashed potatoes, spicy Buffalo Wings, Baked Penne in marinara and 3 layered cheese and Beef Stroganoff Steak. They also make cocktails and hor’dorves in weddings and debuts.

In 2016 up to the present The Maureen’s Catering Services in the whole Bicol Province from Ligao, Tinambac, Sorsogon, Daet and Albay. With good staff the company made good reviews from customers making them the favorite and exclusive caterer for businessmen and politicians back home.

The Maureen’s Catering Services only uses the finest ingredients, fresh vegetables and imported spices that made them different . They specializes in authentic fusion cooking appreciated by people in all walks of life and with different palate.
